The Netherlands Association of Timber Agents (NATA)
The Netherlands Association of Timber Agents (NATA), founded in 1950, represents the interests of agents and sales offices trading in timber, wood products and panels. NATA is a member of the Royal Dutch Timber Trade Association (VVNH).
NATA members firmly endorse the added value of local representation for foreign suppliers.
NATA timber agents provide a wide range of services both to suppliers from all around the world as well as to customers in Europe who include the leading importers for timber, timber products, plywood and sheet material.
The strength of NATA agents lies in their commitment to developing long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers, providing relevant and up-to-date market information in a dynamic worldwide marketplace that is constantly changing.
NATA agents are willing to act for suppliers on either ‘del credere’ or standard conditions, according to their own views on credit risk.
